House Bed & Bath

Went there to buy blankets but they were too busy chit chatting and didn’t bother coming to help .

I visited this store earlier today and honestly had a great experience, Kristy helped me with selecting my new bedding and she was so helpful and went above and beyond to assist in any way she could. Honestly so refreshing to have such amazing service, she is truly an asset to the company and I will definitely be back

The most rudest staff members I’ve ever met. The two colleagues (mother and daughter) that were working August the 1st made my mum feel so uncomfortable, they were staring and gossiping about us, not too sure what the problem was. But the older lady came over and aggressively hit the sale sign in front of us and seemed pretty annoyed at us for looking at the sheets. When we paid the daughter looked at her mum and laughed and we asked what the problem is, her response was ‘we all have our bad days and my mum has worked 9 days straight’. Obviously she knew they were being rude. Terrible terrible service. Find some new employees cause it can ruin a customers experience.
