Extremely disappointed with House by not accepting cash. So for my spatula purchase I had to use my card, consequently forcing me to go through a bank and incur their fees, all for $8.99. You are not giving your customers choice. It is no safer using the eftpos machine. Incidentally when I did my shop opposite in Coles, they had spatulas that I could of paid cash for.

I visited this store about 5 weeks ago and I can honestly say I have never ever had a better experience at a store before then I did here. Elizabeth went above and beyond to help me and her customer service was amazing. She was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond. The floreat store is not my closest however I will absolutely make the trip further to this store next time I need anything for the kitchen!

House had a Baccarat 6 PCE Cookset on sale with a free knife set as they hadn't any left at the Galleria I ventured out to Floreat as they had some left.The staff at both stores were very helpful & I have instructions of how to look after the cookset & what type of oil to cook with.So all turned out well, as I hadn't been shopping there for years, so I had to test my research skills & found the shopping centre without any hassles.So thanks to all those people who helped me on that day.

Ridiculous they do not accept cash (which is actually Australian legal tender issued by the Government). Taking my business elsewhere - plenty of other options out there

Excellent customer service by a nice lady (I didn't see her name but wears a mask). She helped me find the best fry pan for my glass top stove and told me how to care for it. I have visited other House Stores and this one is the best.

We haven't had the best service or product advice from other House stores in the past, but honestly couldn't fault the Floreat staff on customer service. Felt very well looked after especially by Isa and won't bother shopping anywhere else but Floreat now.
