Have had many good experiences with staff, however the last 2 visits involving Tamara have been disgusting. She raised her voice at me, spoke rudely first time after spending over $500 and I had to speak to her about a broken item. 2nd was given an item of the floor it was repackaged without being dusted and cords left out, after a revolting conversation with Tamara telling me I am wrong even though I am the customer and spent a further $130 in a matter of weeks I had to catch a taxi in to get remaining parts for my purchase costing me a further $30. I will no longer be shopping there while she is the manager, her customer skills are appalling.

The manager of this place is a manipulative, abusive and toxic woman. The other staff are lovely, unfortunately she's the one you have to deal with more often than not. Spare yourself a headache and shop someplace else.

Wasn’t satisfied at all.I went into kitchen Emporium today to buy a new sheet and the young girl who served me was absolutely lovely and so helpful I couldn’t recommend her highly enough, however the store manager was absolutely horrid I did not appreciate how she spoke to me or her staff member. She was so horrible to the young girl yelling at her for discounting an item that NEEDED to be discounted WILL NOT be going back I am outraged
