Nice store. But staff just stay at the counter. Nobody on the floor to assist customers. If there is someone on the floor their only focus is filling shelves.

Last minute Xmas shopping at the end of the day, greeted by a cheerful young lady who’s name I didn’t get. She was all of 16 yrs old and I really enjoyed her customer service! I work with customers myself and she was a breath of fresh air!Wonderful addition to your team :)

I find this particular shop small and cramped. Everything is stacked close together and it's hard to find things or browse comfortably without accidentally knocking things or bumping other items. Doesn't have to bad a range of things but there are bigger and better stores elsewhere.

Visiting from interstate but originally from the Rockingham area,I popped into this store and was amazed at how much better it is now. Don't get me wrong it was always a beautiful shop but now it's just incredible you could spend forever in there.highly recommend if you're ever in the west.

Went in to Thingz Rockingham this morning, The two love ladies (sorry I didn't get there names ) went above and beyond to help me ,get this photo frame with lights for my friend ,I have never had such amazing service thank you from the bottom of my heart Dorothy

Wrong items in the box .$7.99 writen on the box but price tag says $17.99 all were not in sight . So we thought the price was $7.99 only to have the EXTREMELY rude manager come over to say no wrong box .Terrible attitude and service. I would have given 0 stars if possible. Rockingham store 10.1.2021 1.20pm.
