Bed Bath N' Table

Not impressed by their terrible customer service. I was given a Christmas present purchased from this store but did not have receipt nor did I want to ask the person who gave me the gift for the receipt. All I wanted to do was swap the pattern (same item, same price, just different pattern). All tags etc were attached and it was in perfect condition as I had not used it. The sales staff simply refused and one of them even said I could have stolen it (what?!?!? - actually if I had have nicked it surely I would have taken the one with the pattern that I liked!). I then contacted the head office several times and they said they would do something about it but despite about 10 emails from me, they never got back to me. I didn't even think that customer service this poor was possible. I will never ever spend a cent in this store.

Very unhelpful staff. Couldn’t even work out how to process a cash refund with a receipt

Worth a visit now as they have some delightful Christmas products and the shop is full of lovely tasteful gifts.
