This is my first review ever, so disappointed. Shop local and I frequently visit this shop but after today I’ll just order online from now on.Purchase x3 icing tools with lids. When I got home and pulled them out of the bag one was missing a lid. Rung them and explained one was missing a lid and was told that it’s no problem at all, return back to the store and they will be happy to replace it. 2 days later I returned with the receipt and icing tool and the woman behind the counter was the one who I obviously spoke too over the phone who then said the manager who served me said that all the lids were on them and I should check my car. I explained they hadn’t left the bag she put them in until I pulled them out the next day and she just kept repeating herself that they were there when I left. The manager was busy complaining about another staff member bring stock out onto the floor to even give me any acknowledgment! I got the point that they won’t be replacing it and walked out. Such a wasted of my time coming back. Just how they handled it was so unprofessional but wouldn’t expect anything differently considering the past 4 times I’ve been in there staff have been arguing and gossiping about other staff members. Toxic workplace and poor customer service.

The staff need training about customer service!! I walked in and both staff members completely ignored me even when I was standing right infront of them looking at products.I could hear one of them b**ching about a customer that had called the store!Very unprofessional, I have been in a couple more times since then and have not been greeted once!Not a good look for the company unfortunately.
